1. Describe the application
Explain the function of the part or assembly, the equipment it must house and where it will be used. Specify indoor or outdoor use and any relevant operating conditions. For an enclosure, include access, equipment dimensions and ventilation needs. For a battery rack, share battery count, dimensions and weight. These details help review the design without assuming performance specifications.
2. Specify dimensions, material and quantity
Include dimensions and units, material and thickness or gauge if already defined. Let us know if you need help selecting them. Specify total quantity, possible batches and whether you need a sample or prototype first. Quantity and geometry allow processes and manufacturing scope to be reviewed; there is no universal per-part price that applies to every project.
3. Attach drawings or references
Send available drawings with their current revision, plus sketches or photos that help explain the expected result. Identify critical dimensions, tolerances and mounting points for review. If you do not have drawings, describe overall dimensions and function. AMAKA offers custom CAD design; development scope is agreed when reviewing the request.
4. Define finish and scope
Specify the desired finish and whether you need welding, assembly, component integration or specific documentation. If your project requires a standard, rating, test or certificate, state it explicitly for feasibility review. Do not assume certification, a protection rating or installation service is included without confirmation in the proposal.
5. Share destination and required date
Include city, postal code and required date. AMAKA welcomes project inquiries from US and Canadian companies. Logistics, lead times and terms are agreed in the quote. Include your name, company and contact details for technical questions. Before approval, check that dimensions, quantities, finish, deliverables and terms match your request.
