What we can manufacture
Projects include enclosures for electrical, electronic, IT and control equipment; substation and telecom enclosures; battery bank racks; lockers; furniture and architectural elements. We start with the application, dimensions, quantity and operating conditions. This information defines the engineering and manufacturing scope.
Manufacturing processes
We combine laser cutting and shearing, CNC punching and CNC bending. Joining processes include TIG, MIG, stick, laser, spot and stud welding. We also offer powder coating, component assembly and integration, nut installation, and additional rolling and cutting of tubing, angle, rectangular steel tubing and flat bar. The manufacturing route is selected for each product.
Engineering and materials
Custom CAD design, prototyping and optimization allow a solution to be reviewed before production is defined. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass; material, gauge and finish must suit the application. Share drawings or references to review feasibility, dimensions and technical requirements.
Project inquiries from the US and Canada
Our factory is located at Metepec 110, Unidad San Esteban, Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico. Companies in the United States and Canada can submit project inquiries by email or phone. Provide the destination city and postal code so delivery, logistics and commercial scope can be reviewed and agreed. Lead times and terms are confirmed in each quote.
How to request a quote
Send the product or part, intended use, quantity, material, dimensions and required date. Attach drawings, photos or a sketch if available. If you do not yet have a design, describe the problem you need to solve so engineering can review the requirement. Requested features, testing, installation and documentation must be expressly agreed in the proposal.
